“W” is for Who, What, When, Where, Why

It’s Christmas week,
No time to write,
Gotta keep going,
My jeans are too tight.

It’s the W’s turn,
I’m not gonna stop,
The end’s getting close,
I really wish I’d done some research into how many letters there are before signing up for the A-Z blog hop.

Who talked me into it?
What was I thinking?
When will it end?
I feel like I’m sinking.

Where is my muse?
Why did she leave?
What does she fear?
Why does she grieve?

I think that I know,
I’m afraid too,
The next letter is “X”,
Even worse than the “Q”.

Awesome…I’m brand new and now I feel guilty joining!! You all have obviously trudged through some rough days and rough letters of the alphabet! I just found Patty’s linky and thought I would give it a try. But I think my first post was not quite what you all are looking for. I will do better next week! Enjoyed your post :)

Hi Patty! I “think” I’ve got my X figured out. We’ll see!

Toooo funny! Loved the line about how many letters there are – and the last stanza (though I already know what I’m doing for x :))

Thanks for the giggle – actually, many giggles.

Yeah, I think they’ve added some letters since I was in school!

I can;t wait to see where your creative thinking takes us next week. I’m sure the bar will be set very high :) Loved this one. Mine is a rerun and pretty serious, I’m afraid. I’ll try to lighten it up next week.

    DO NOT FEAR THE X!

You always do a great job. X will be no problem for you! I don’t even know where the months of October, November, and December went. I’m trying to get back into step where I should be.
